  11. Bankruptcy and insolvency, Administrators General and officials Trustees.
  12. Administration of justice, constitution, organization jurisdiction and powers of all courts within the State except the Supreme Court and the High Court and fees taken therein; procedure in Rent and Revenue.
  13. Courts fees in all courts except the Supreme Court. This subject includes -

    (a) Acts, Administration and extension for judicial purposes.

    (b) Appeals against sentences in Lower Courts.

    (c) Civil court buildings and establishments.

    (d) Civil language.

    (e) Forms--judicial.

    (f) Appointment of Advocate-General and other law officers of Government.

    (g) Interstate property.

    (h) Jurisdiction of judicial officers.
